Remote Assistance

I recently received a new Dell from my employer (XP w/SP2) I installed Office
Professional Plus 2007 on my laptop.

Under Remote Assistance I get the following message: "Remote Assistance is
either incompatible with the default e-mail program on this computer, or
could not detect a default e-mail account"

Is Outlook 2007 not compatible with Remote Assistance for XP? I have this as
my defailt MAPI e-mail program. Thanks!

Try VNC. Slightly slower than Remote Desktop, but far fewer dependencies, and
works on anything from 95-up.

Really doesn't answer the question whether Outlook 2007 is compatible with
Remote Assistance for Windows XP.
