There is an option in help and support section>Remote assistance that we can
call anyone we trust, to help us via internet connection who can chat with
us,view our screen and even work on our computer.
I tried doing( not merely for fun) that but facing problem, has anyone tried
doing that succcesfully?

Hi khushi,

Yes, I have connected up to others using Remote Assistance. If using a
McAfee Firewall needs to be set to open, otherwise the process fails. But
mainly the reason why so many are having errors, is simply because they are
not cleaning their Hard Drive, like emptying the \Temp Folders in their User
IDs and their Windows\Temp folder removing all files and sub-folders. Once
doing that emptying the Recycle Bin. Run the Disk Cleanup Utility. Run
Chkdsk at Boot. Run the Defragmenter. And finally use a Windows Registry
Cleaner like the one found here: http://www.tune-up.com/

The program is called TuneUp Utilities 2006. The owners offer a 30 day
Free Trial of the program. It is not crippled during the Trial Period.
