Remote Assistance

Hi All,
I was attempting to help a friend with a problem on his computer via
remote assistance but I got a message stating:

"Remote assistance connection could not be established because the
remote host name could not be resolved. Please try again."

Both of us are verified and also have the fire walls turned off.

Do you have any suggestions on what may be wrong and what we can do
to rectify this?
