When responding to request for Remote Assistance from Novice pc, am getting
the following message on the Expert PC: "Remote Assistance Web Page Dialog
has closed connection to your PC". Both PCs are Win XP Home SP2. Firewalls
are disabled. Any idea what's causing the connection failure?
