Remote Assistance using different os

Hi All,

Please can someone tell me if I am able to use remote assistance to access a
machine running win vista from my xp home machine. I have been unable to so
far although I have found it possible from the other way round

Do you have SP3 installed and NLA either disabled on the Vista machine or
enabled in the registry of the Windows XP Home machine?
