Remote Assistance: Take Control and other options missing

When I open a Remote Assistance session with my mother via the Internet the
connection completes OK and I can view her desktop. However, the Take
Control and other selections are all missing from the view.

Any ideas? This was working just a whie back and we haven't made any changes.

Thanks,

Her setting to allow this has probably been changed. Perhaps by a recent
update, (but that's a guess.)

Thanks, Mark,

I did go over these settings with the user, and will review them again by
the numbers in the article. I'll post an update for you.

Hi Mark,

I went through the checklist with her but I still don't see the Take Control
icon or any others when the Remote Assistance Window opens. I'll keep
searching.
Thanks,
