Remote Assistance Problem

Okay. I'm trying to connect to my friend. Everytime we try using Remote Assistance, we get the same error. "Remote Assistance connection disconnected. Please try again." We have tried just about everything, lol, but nothing works. Can anyone help please? Thanks.
