Remote Assistance not working

I'm trying a remote assistance through MSN Messenger with a user. It does not
work with only their computer, but works with everyone else I try it with.
What settings can I check or change on that users computer to ensure that
Remote Assistance will work?

What's the error message? I would check the firewall first

This is the error message that I get.\:
"Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the remote
host name could not be resolved. Please try again. "

I'd imagine its on the PC that I'm trying to connect and control. The
firewall may be blocking it. I've seen a lot about port settings on this
forum. But, I've gotten it to work ONCE before and I tried it again shortly
afterwards and it has not worked since.

I have the same problem, trying to connect to my dads pc. Yes remote
assistance is enabled on his pc. He is using Norton. That is fine, I
checked. He is not using windows firewall but using verizon dsl modem
