I Live several hundred miles away from my aunt and I am trying to assist her with some minor problems on her computer. Working remotely comes up I accept it'll go to connect and about two seconds later it disconnects saying that there is a problem with the host name. i disconnected the fire walls for both and tried and it still comes up. One time it even shut down my computer, not the other. Can you advise. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
