Go to Start -> All Programs and right click on Remote
Assistance.
Select Send to -> Desktop (create shortcut).
You can now move this shortcut to a handy location such as the
Quick Launch toolbar.
If you can't find a shortcut to RA on your Start Menu, do the
following:
Right click an open area on your desktop and select New ->
Shortcut from the menu.
Enter the following in the location box,
%SYSTEMROOT%\system32\rcimlby.exe -LaunchRA
Click Next and name the shortcut Remote Assistance.
Click Finish.
