In the Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc) in Administrative
Templates/System/Remote Assistance I found an entry Offer Remote Assistance.
There I found the following description:
Use this policy setting to determine whether or not a support person or
IT admin (who is termed the "expert") can offer remote assistance to
this computer without a user explicitly requesting it first via a
channel, e-mail, or instant messenger.
Has anybody tried to do this and does anybody know what to do to start a
session without an explicitly requesting from the remote computer?
thanks in advance
