Remote assistance file cannot be open???

Dear all,

I have a clooegue that send to my mail adress a remote
assistance invitation as a mail format and file format.

When I receive the mail with outlook express, I have not
able to either save or open the attach assistance file in
both case.

near the attachement I have a note saying :
"OE has remove attachemnent casue it is not secure"
something like that.

Does anyone have an answer to what goes wrong

This is actually a security feature - you can override these settings. To
override them, click the Tools menu in Outlook Express, then Options, then
the Security tab, uncheck 'Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened
that could potentially be a virus' and then click OK.
