Remote Assistance Failed

I am trying to use my Remote Assistance. Everytime I click Invite someone to
help me a dialog box pops up and says, "Remote Assistance Failed. Try Again."
I also tried to install it from the microsoft site, but it will not install.
Anyone can help me, please respond to this or email me.

Instead of using messenger to invite someone, have you
tried creating an invitation file and then sending that to
the helper. You can do this via the 'help and support'
menu off the start bar.

Also check youe firewall setting and ensure that remote
assistance is allowed.
