When a connection is initiated to my XP workstation from
an "Expert", a event is created in the system log that
says:
"Failed to register for user printing preferences change
notification. Open the Services snap-in and confirm that
the Printer Spooler service is running."

I am not sure what is causing this error, but it only
happens when a Remote Assistance connection is established.
