Printer Issue when using RDC to access W2K server.

Every time one of the support people accesses one of our servers with RDC we
get a ton of message in the system log regarding printer errors relatiing to
the RDC session. Here is an example of one message;

Source: TermServDevices
Category: None
Event ID:1106
User: N/A

Description: The printer could not be installed.

Along with this message;

Source: TermServDevices
Category: None
Event ID:1111
User: N/A

Description: Driver hp LaserJet 1300 PCL 6 required for printer
__fpdhcp01_DVD1300 is unknown. Contact the administrator to install the
driver before you log in again.

There is a pair of these for every printer that is configured for the user
which is 12 printers since we all have to monitor them.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

Your assistance would be appreciated.

If they don't need a printer in their session, disable redirection
of the local printers on the server or in the rdp client.

If they do need a printer, map the driver to a native driver on the
server, as documented here:
