Remote Assistance Error - XP

Dear all,
The person receiving my Remote Assistance invitation gets
the following error while trying to connect to my
computer: Remote Assistance connection could not be
established because the remote host name could not be
resolved. Please try again.
My computer is behind a Router, I have opened a pinhole
for port 3389 but still not able to pass through the
router. Please help me.

This probably caused by Remote Assistance can't get your public IP address,
have you try this,
