Remote Assistance couldn't established cause remote host name...

I wonder know what I have to do to resolve this..., everytime that I want to
connect remotely with my father's computer this messange come out...

"Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the remote
host name could not be resolved. Please try again."

If you can help me with this, cause I try already putting disabled the
firewall and also, maybe is a important information... I am using wireless
conexion.
