When some of my users try to submit a request for Assistance using Remote
Assistance they get a pop-up box that says "A Program Could Not Start" The
dialogue box has a heading of Microsoft Internet Explorer. This is using
Email as the way to submit the request.
I believe it is an issue with opening Outlook to send the email, but Outlook
itself works fine on the machines.
Any help would be great!!!!
