remote admin

i am wondering if anyone knows a why to connect to another
user desktop on another pc and take control without
haveing to get there permission, i know you can log in to
a remote computer but i wont control of there desktop, i
work in a company with about 200 pcs in two buildings
across the road from each other and it would save me the
trip for the little anoying things thanks

If the user you want to connect to are using xp pro then you can use xp's
remote desktop to control there desktops. Or if they don't have pro you can
use a third party app like Remote Admin or Tridia VNC.
(there are lots of others, search google)
