Hello!

How can I administer a Windows 2000 Server from my XP
Desktop. (A while back I got a website with a download
to solve this problem... I lost the website - it was for
Windows Server 2003 but I was told it would work for win
2000 - I now need this ASAP for a SQL Server problem that
has a client down.

I will be leaving out of state in 4 days so I will need
this to help them from long distance.

Thanks....

On Win XP there's Remote Desktop Client tool located in Accessories ->
Communication. You can use that as long as the Windows 2000 Server is set up
as a Terminal Server (Administration or Application modes), and provided
firewall rules allow such connections.

You can use Remote Desktop Connection

Well, that is not what I had in mind but I will try it...
the thing that I am looking has a download that will
allow it to do something.... I am not sure what that
something is....

Thanks a bunch.....
