Remote Acess Connection Manager, Propertys

Under Remote Acess Connection Manager Propertys, I am
unable to Start "Service Status", I get an Error 5, Access
denied. Start Up type is in Manual but refuses to allow me
to turn it on. I need to turn it on in order to acces My
ISP.

This all happened after trying to upGrade to SP4, when
every thing went South, I did a virus scan and found a
Trojan called Expedite Byte Verifyxxxxxx. I have gotten
most other programs working ok but Not Compuserve CS2000
v7. Bangar India Tec says the Service Status Switch needs
to be turned on.

Verify that the following services are started:
Remote Registry
Remote Procedure Call (RPC)


Verify the following permissions:
-System account has full control to the \winnt\temp directory.
-System account has full control of the \winnt\system32\IAS
-System account has full control of the ias.mdb and dnary.mdb files.
