Remote accessing W2K pro Desktop

Is there a way to remotely access, using wireless technology, the desk
top of a laptop running Windows2000 professional?...I brought an Ipaq
h5555 because I was lead to belive it was possible, but i cant find a
way to do it. Can anyone help?

You will need at least Windows XP PRO, XP HOME won't work.

Or just by using of WinVNC or similar software
