Remote Desktop on Windows 2k

I need to be able to log on to a remote Windows 2k
Professional Work Station. The same way you would log
onto a XP Pro Box with Remote desktop enabled.
If I installed IIS on the W2k Pro box, will tsweb be
there?
Right now I am using VNC but I like the way Remote
desktop locks the screen so a passerby cannot see what I
am up to when logged in remotely.

Thanks for any suggestions

Windows 2000 Pro is not capable of hosting RDP Sessions, it can only be a Remote Desktop client

Your options are: VNC (which you are currently using), pcAnywhere,
Netmeeting.
