remote desktop and tsweb

I have a win2003 server sp1, I know remote desktop is available through
'allow others to manage this computer remotely' tick box, but if i want to
allow win2000 clients to remote desktop into the server (using internet
explorer) do I also need to install\configure terminal services on the server?

2003 has Remote Desktop for Administration built-in, which supports 2 RDP
sessions + one concole session. If you install Terminal Server to support
more concurrent connections, you MUST have a Terminal Services Licensing
Server and every connecting client must have a TSCAL.

And then you need an IIS server and install Remote Desktop Web
