Remote access

Hi all
I would like to access my office PC while I work at my home PC. I made all
the proceduces as detailed in Microsoft help but failed to remote access.
Some experts advised me that this is because the IP address of my PCs are of
dynamic one and not of static one. Is it true ? Is it not possible to make
remote access with a dynamic IP ? Please assist.
