Remote Access of XP Pro

I was playing around on my two computers today and tried to log onto my XP
pro computer and I got to the log onto screen on my other comp. It ask me
for my username and password, I have never set up my username or password
since I am the only one that uses this computer. How do I log onto the
computer from a remote computer with out a username and password. Any help
would be appreciated.

On the host, add a username and password that you would like to use
from the remote...and give appropriate access rights.
