WinXP Remote assistance

I am trying to log onto my clients computer using the remote feature. He sent
me an invitation as per his XP to my hot mail account over an hour ago and
still nothing,

I had him send me an email from his email account and I got it in a sec.

Any ideas why I did not receive the email with the password and what I can
do about it?

Thanks
Vince

No clue - but you could have him save the invitation and email it to you as
an attachment.

Or make his and your life easier and use TeamViewer. He'll need the
QuickSupport and you the full download. He'll give you an ID number (9
digits) and a password (4 digits) when he runs the client and you'll enter
that on your end and connect right up to see what he sees.

Thanks Shenan:

The Teamviewer is brillant. I had one little problem with it called them and
then sent an email an within 20 minutes had an answer that fixed it perfect.
This program is fast and super easy to use. As an old pcanywhere user I can
say I really prefer teamviewer.

Thanks again
