Remote Access Connection Manager

I have just upgraded my motherboard and reformatted the HDD

Now I have installed WIN XP Pro but cannot get the Remote Access Connection
Manager to start

This is, I think, what's stopping me from creating a dialup network
connection

Using the wizard only allows me to select a broadband modem


Any help please

Huh? I thought it was the other way around. You started your dial up, then
connected through a VPN to your office, *then* started the remote.
