dialup connection and net sharing to a remote PC that have ADSL connection

How we can dialup connect to a remote PC and share internet from remote
PC's ADSL connection.

More clearly; I have a PC that always connected with ADSL (from a ADSL
modem ->router->network card) also have a dialup modem kept idle.
From another pc is it posible to dialup connect to this Remote PC and

use the internet feature?

since local telephone is free I want to use the benefit of that.

It looks theoretically possible but how to do it?

Use remote access software such as PCanywhere or
http://secure.logmein.com/dmcq/095i/home.asp . I would expect it to be very
slow though
