Remote Access and Account Lock Windows XP Pro

I have Windows XP Pro on my laptop at home. I want to use Remote Access
to get to it from work. I have all the power off settings set to NEVER.
I have the screensaver set to none. It seems to work fine and stay
ready for use, unless I connect via remote access. Then I have an hour
and it locks the account and I can't reconnect via RA until I go home,
enter the password, and log in again...

I know I'm missing a setting somewhere for maybe Inactivity or time
length of remote access... anyone got any ideas?

Remote Access via Remote Desktop or Remote Assistance???
