Reminder Window

Is there a way to make the Outlook 2003 reminder window popup in front of
all applications running? Only seems to popup in front of the Outlook window.

no... it was highly annoying when it took focus from people as they typed,
so now it flashes on the toolbar for attention.

Highly annoying to *some* people. Vital to others. It should be user
configurable, not disabled by decree.
