Reminder for unread e-mails

I have a pop-up alert when I receive new e-mails, however is there a way to
setup a reminder alert to remind me every 5 minutes if I have unread email?

Outlook 2003

No.
 
No, unless maybe you use VBA to code something.
5 mins? you dont perchance have your polling interval set to this, if so it
can cause resource problems
