We've lost some pretty vital programs, such as Works, and
I knew there was a way to reload the computer so it was
as it was when we bought it. I have saved some of my
downloads on discs and I am ready to delete everything
and start over. All I need to know is how. Help?

the only way you can "lose" a program is by uninstalling it or by
accidentally deleting the program folder. have you done either of those? If
not, then your program should still be there.

You have not made it clear how the programs were lost. Were your
applications "lost," while Windows is still intact? What, exactly, happened,
and what are you trying to do?
