Well, you could always just wipe the hard drive and install everything from
scratch.

I wonder, though, if the following will give you what you want: In Control
Panel, click User Accounts and create a new account. When you log in as this
new account, it will be with an out-of-the-box Windows (except for some of
your programs showing in that profile). I keep just such a user profile
around so I can remember what everyone sees when they first install Win XP
.... since mine doesn't much resemble that anymore! <g>
