Relaying denied

I am getting strange messages when I attempt email messages. I think it may
be a network problem. I get getting an email back from System Admin telling
me they are undeliverable-unable to relay.

You probably need to set Outlook up to authenticate to your outgoing server.
You can do this on the "Outgoing Server" tab for your account.
