Can I create a relative hyperlink to a file on a server? Right now if I try
to do that it automatically adds the http:// in front of the file name.

This is for an online course that stored on a server and within the course
it calls a flash software demonstration. The .ppt course and the flash piece
are not saved in the same location on the server.

Thanks for your help!

It may be possible; can you describe the link in more specific detail?

What's the name and file extension of the file you're linking to? How are you
creating the link?

Copy the Flash file and put it in the same folder as the presentation. Then
delete and re-insert the Flash file.
