Related to frames.

I am trying to open a .doc file in open office.org writer, I am getting the
following message displayed in .org writer :

This page uses frames , but your browser doesn't support them.

What is a frame?

Can I enable it in open office writer ?

My guess is that the message refers to an HTML framset, but since it is
about OpenOffice, you really should be asking in an OpenOffice forum.
This one is for Microsoft Word.
