Hi, I have a problem with one contact. I can't receive or send any mail
even though I could until a couple of weeks ago. I get an email from mail
delivery which tells me that
'The following addresses had permanent fatal errors'. It is the address of
a business and I know they or I have not added them to the blocked senders'
list. What now?

Please post as much of the non-delivery notice as you can.
You can blank out any personal details like the username portion
of any email address.

Hi Here is the email received from the mail administrator. Thanks.

I tried emailing that recipient ([email protected])
and got the same error message you got. The problem is
definitely at the recipient's end.
