Rejected connection to windows 2003 terminal server

I have a win2003 server running terminal server.
i connect to the server from 3 clients (ts cal licences installed and
activated as "per user" cal) using remote desktop connections.
Usually i'm able to connect without any problem, but sometimes,
especially after the server remains "inactive" for some hours (eg. at
night) i try to connect, i type username and password, the client
attempts to connect and suddenly the connection get dropped without
any message, any Log in events Log,...nothing at all.
Then i try again and again but i can access only as Administrator via
Console.
If i reboot the server the problem disappears and i restart loggin in
normally.
Do you have any idea of the cause and solution?

call MS license support and have them help u uninstall/reinstall TS
licensing and the TS licenses.

Hi Douglas,
Thank you very much for replying so fast.
Surely i will try soon the procedure you suggested, but the strangest
thing is that windows2003 is still using the temp licenses (those you
can use for 120 dais). So i think that the problem is another. How can
i find a log of the dropped connection ?
Thank you so much
P
