Reinstalling XP

I had installed XP-Pro on a laptop and unfortunately the system crashed and i had to return the computer back. I had removed the XP-Pro from that computer and returned it. I have a new system now. My question is : will the previous hardware address create any problem when I install it again on this system

Any help would be appreciated.

No, as long as Windows XP is retail.
Worst case is a 5 minute call to Microsoft.
After installation, attempt internet activation.
If that fails, choose the option to activate by phone, call displayed
number, done in about 5 minutes.
