Reinstalling XP without a disk

Having overall problems with startup and numerous
programs not running. I did not receive a ( Windows XP
Professional )start up disk and know that the program is
here somewhere to reload windows xp prof. How do I
reload windows?

Check the computer manual or contact the computer manufacturer for
reinstallation information.
All manufacturers do it differently.
