need help with reloading xp..

I have an OEM version of xp service pack2, I wanted to reload xp on my
laptop, once i did get it reloaded and started doing all the windows updates,
I got to looking at my hard drive space and noticed i only had 10 GB of space
on a 40GB drive....so I start looking around and all previous user profiles
were still there along with programs i thought would be lost in the reload.
What I wanted to do was "wipe" the drive clean and reload xp. That's not
what I did.
Do I need to Fdisk? repartition? etc.?

be aware that everything will be gone........XP...all programs.....all
personal files.
So Backup personal files.........find those CD's with the programs to
reinstall and above all
have fun!!
