My hard drive is slowly crapping out on me, and I've got a new one on order. I've got a wireless keyboard and mouse. How do I install XP with a wireless keyboard and mouse? Like a bonehead, I threw out my wired PS2 mouse and keyboard. Will I have to get another to accomplish my install? I know their rally cheap.

I recently did a format and reinstall on one of my machines using a wireless
keyboard and mouse.
They worked just fine with the Standard USB drivers Windows installs since
the receiver is still hooked up to USB. Maybe your KB and mouse are
different but the software and drivers for mine weren't needed except to
program the special function buttons.

Thanks Vojo, I've got this wireless keyboard and mouse made by micro inovations from Wal Mart ($30). It's got those special keys also. It's both PS2 and USB. I'm using the PS2 right now. I guess your right. Those drivers I installed were for the special keys only, but I'll still have to press those sychronise buttons on each to get it up and running.
