reinstalling office 2003 w/business contact manager-no c. m.

after hard drive replacement, have reinstalled office 2003 then the BCM.
Evrything but bcm is working. The bcm shows up in programs and it says it is
enabled, but is not there. I have uninstalled both and reinstallled, but to
no avail. Any suggestions?

Try creating a new Mail profile and see if the BCM 1st use wizard
shows when you open Outlook with the new Mail profile. If it does,
then BCM is working and your old mail profile has BCM switched off.
You can manually configure BCM back into your old profile through the
Control Panel Mail applet.
