Reinstalling lost files

I recently deleted a network connection program (Novell)
and I deleted shared files from the windows xp along with
it. (it asked me if I wanted to delete, contained shared
files). Now I get a messae that says, "tis application
has failed to start because NWSRVLOC.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem". So,
I how do I reinstall the file? I tried reinstalling
windows, but it didn't help. I also tried finding the
file on the Windows XP cd, but no luck.
 
It's a Novell file. You won't find it on any windows CD.
Try reinstalling the Novell client.
