computer. I have the Product Key. How can I obtain a replacement XP CD?

Try to find a friend that has one and use it, they are all the same.

While it is true that the license to run Windows consists of the Product Key
and not the physical CD, all XP install disks are not the same. While the
OP can certainly use a friend's XP CD, it must match the version belonging
to his Product Key; i.e., XP Pro retail/OEM.
