reinstalled OS - touchpad won't scroll

I had to wipe my computer due to a virus and reinstalled my OS, media direct,
drivers and utilities. (I have a Dell Inspirion E1505/vista) My touchpad
won't scroll a page. It will move the page up and down, over and across by
my fingers continually moving the mouse in those directions using the scroll
buttons to the right or bottom. But I used to be able to just press the
touchpad in the appropriate spot and the cursor could be anywhere on the page
and it would scroll the page, now I have to have the cursor on the scroll
buttons to the left or at the bottom to scroll. I hope this makes sense. Do
I need to download a new driver?

Yes, you need to visit the Dell website and download the touchpad drivers
for that system.
