reinstall

PC - XP PRO I finally got the program to re-install, but it installs up to
Installing Devices and says 39 minutes more. It continues to 34 minutes
left, the screen goes black and restarts. It keeps doing the same thing
over and over and never gets past the 34 minutes left.

Please help
