Reinstall Issue

I'm reinstalling Windows XP Home Edition. When it is "Installing Devices",
it's gets a little more than halfway done then the computer restarts itself
and setup begins again. It's done this for two hours. I can't get it past
this point. Any suggestions?
 
Okay, I got it going. I plugged in all the equipment that came with the
computer and it seems to be working.
