Plug and Play Monitor

DaveMicrosoft Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3

While troubleshooting a graphics card issue in the Device manager, I
inadvertently deleted the Plug and Play Monitor and the Icon is gone too. How
can I find and reinstall the Plug and Play Monitor, and it's Icon back into
the Device Manager?
Tried Restore points with no help. Windows is using the default monitor at
this time.
Restarting Windows and replugging the Monitor was no help.
